A Waste of Time and Money!

Nothing made this experience beneficial. The food was poor and the drinks were definitely watered down. The deluxe package was a complete failure. People were back from the buffet eating before we even got our food. We had to search for a server for a drink. The show was more Vegas style then cultural. The whole luau was too commercialized.

Unfortunately, my party and I did not make this event. They did not inform me of the cancellation. I am trying to get my refund & there is no number or anyone I can contact. This was part of my a planned itinerary & they didn’t even offer to reschedule for the next day. I am very unhappy as this is my 1st time visiting Hawaii & my group & I were not able to enjoy this

We left kind of late (that’s our bad), but when we got there it was cancelled and we were not notified by Viator or Paradise Cove at all. I guess if you book through Paradise Cove’s website they’ll notify you? Bc they surely did not tell their friends at Viator! Probably would have liked it if it wasn’t cancelled but hava

Great, memorable experience!

Great entertainment, great fun! I liked how we were able to customize our experience from the lei down to the dinner. You can clearly tell that they put a lot of time and energy into creating something special for you and your family and or friends. Each act truly deserves a round of applause prior to them pulling that applause out of the audience so be alert be awake and give them the cheers they deserve. Worth every penny.

Food was excellent, and so so much of it! The show was amazing, they even had you go to different experiences so you could see how to Hulu and how they roast the pig. Best experience in Hawaii yet!
